Front-End Customer Experience Lead

The TJX Companies , Inc.

The TJ Maxx store in Kansas City, MO is seeking a driven leader to oversee front-of-store operations and promote exceptional customer experiences. You will guide Associates, ensure compliance with policies, and drive loyalty program participation. Responsibilities include coaching teams, managing registers and POS coverage, and maintaining a safe, organized store.
