Construction Project Administrator

STO Building Group

Cedar Rapids, IA

Layton Construction is seeking an administrative professional to manage documentation for construction projects, including contracts, purchase orders, owner pay requests, insurances, bonds, notices of commencement, and warranties. Requires a high school diploma, at least 2 years of secretarial/administrative experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must type 50 wpm, provide excellent communication and organizational skills, and support project teams on-site. #J-18808-Ljbffr
