POSITION SUMMARY: RN Case Manager 
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: RN, MA license

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 13 weeks 

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK: 8am-4pm, 40 hours weekday; weekends & Holiday rotation 

START DATE: 9/28/26
