Job Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be $19.90 per hour.

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 months)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Summary: This role serves as the first point of contact for a 3D-printing hardware company's customers, providing technical troubleshooting, case management, and hands-on product support by phone and email. The Call Center Representative helps customers resolve hardware and software issues quickly so they can get back to printing. Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a technical customer support role supporting a 3D-printing hardware company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer support cases by phone and email, resolving hardware and software issues with 3D printers
• Diagnose technical problems and provide troubleshooting guidance to keep customers printing
• Dispatch replacement parts, hardware, and software with setup instructions per business guidelines
• Log all customer interactions and meet published response-time service levels
• Relay software and hardware feedback from customers back to internal product teams

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service (contact center, field service), education, or hardware support
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal, empathetic communication skills
