Responsibilities What You’ll Do As a Retail Appointment Setter, you’ll serve as a Brand Ambassador inside one of our retail partner locations by: Greeting customers and starting friendly conversations Educating homeowners about Berkeys’ Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Water Treatment, and Generator services Asking questions to understand customers’ home service needs Scheduling free in-home estimates with our Sales Consultants Building relationships with store associates and leadership Representing Berkeys with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm No sales closing required—you simply generate qualified appointments for our Sales team. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, or promotional experience preferred (not required) Outgoing and confident communicator Positive attitude and self-motivated Comfortable approaching and engaging customers Reliable transportation Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-8 hours) Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and text messaging No HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Water Treatment experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
