Finance Controller

Job Summary Manage the financials through QuickBooks, tracking grant programs, expenses, and payroll. Salary 40 hours, Monday – Friday. Starting pay is $23 per hour with performance increase yearly. Participation in the 401K and benefits available after 30 days. Essential Job Functions Understanding of QuickBooks, desktop version preferred. Ability to gather statistics and information for grant reports. Understanding of Microsoft Office. When necessary, attend trainings or conferences. Keep Executive Director informed of project progress. Experience At least 1 year of QuickBooks experience. Knowledge Basic understanding of grants and nonprofits preferred. Skills Bookkeeping preferred or a good understanding of accounting. Abilities Need to be able to multi-task and be organized, work well with others, and work semi-independently to accomplish the task. #J-18808-Ljbffr
