Principal Financial Analyst

To support a $300M portfolio, the full-time remote Principal Financial Analyst will perform financial planning and analysis, prepare reports, develop financial models, and analyze performance trends. Key responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of related work experience Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, SAP BPC) Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
