Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Demolition Laborer to join our team in Arlington, TX, 76006. As a Demolition Laborer, you will play a vital role in safely and efficiently dismantling the interior of structures, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are ready to take on physical challenges, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities- Assist in the demolition of residential and commercial structures.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Remove debris and hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare job sites by setting up barriers and signage to ensure safety.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Previous experience in demolition or construction preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in construction environments.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
