You’ll be a vital member of a team that is passionate about improving healthcare and focused on enhancing patient care. You will assist clients with their HR challenges through the implementation and optimization of Workday.**Responsibilities*** Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand their business goals and provide strategic recommendations for HR transformation* Ensure the successful delivery of complex Workday HCM projects, from requirements gathering to go-live support* Stay ahead of the curve on the latest Workday HCM features and functionality, and share your knowledge with clients and colleagues* Mentor and develop junior and senior team members, helping them grow their technical and consulting skills**Qualifications*** 2+ years experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Workday HCM solutions with one or more of the following modules: HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, and/or Talent.* Strong experience in leading and shaping the future of human capital management, including strategic planning and solution design.* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical challenges.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive change.* A passion for technology and a desire to drive digital transformation for clients, coupled with a strong business acumen.* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field or equivalent work experience.* Workday certification preferred.For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
