Leave of Absence Specialist

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Leave of Absence Specialist will manage complex leave cases, ensuring compliance with various leave laws while collaborating with HRBPs and vendors. Key Responsibilities Manage complex leave of absence cases, including FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, and other state-mandated leaves Support the ADA interactive process by evaluating restrictions and coordinating workplace accommodations Respond to multi-state inquiries regarding employee eligibility and ensure compliance with policies and laws Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Leave of Absence administration with a focus on complex case management Expert knowledge of FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, and multi-state paid leave laws Experience supporting the ADA interactive process and managing workplace accommodations Proficiency in managing day-to-day LOA vendor relationships Workday HRIS experience preferred
