Bartender Team MembersThe primary purpose of this position is to Inspire Legendary Experiences for Buffalo Wild Wings Guests by effectively presenting food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.Job functions include:Provide a unique, personalized experience to Guests through personal connections and genuine interactions. Engage in conversations supporting current sports events and other promotional activities and/or areas of interest.Check Guests identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beveragesCorrectly take orders from Guest, enter all orders and request into the Point of Sale system for accurate inventory and communication with Heart of the HousePrepare bar beverages for Guests and Serving Staff as ordered and in compliance with company standardsCheck with Guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and anticipate any need for corrective action to ensure Guest satisfaction – Inform Managers as neededRemove dishes and glassware from tables or bar top during each guest visitCollect and accurately process Guest paymentsMaintain positive working relationships with all Team Members and ManagersService, cleanliness and operational responsibilitiesOther duties as assigned by managementJob knowledge/skills include:Utilize excellent verbal communication and interaction skills in order to serve BWW GuestsStrong skills in time management and organization, with excellent attention to detailAbility to take direction and execute team/company objectivesBasic mathematical skills and the ability to handle money accuratelyBasic knowledge of Point of Sale systemsConflict management skills, analytical skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence in order to anticipate, recognize and solve Guest issuesAbility to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time including sitting, standing, lifting and bendingPhysical demands for this position are stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
