Commercial Concrete Foreman

Seeking an experienced Foreman
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate concrete laborers and finishers on commercial job sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor crew productivity.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and specifications.
• Inspect work progress, materials, and equipment regularly.
• Coordinate concrete pours and finishing activities.
• Communicate project updates, issues, and progress with the Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, workforce records, and project documentation.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial concrete experience, including 2+ years in a Foreman or supervisory role.
• Proven experience leading construction crews.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform manual labor as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a federal criminal background check and drug screening.
