The Sales Representative reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for customer visits and service of existing clients and development of new customers in the territory of Az. Ca. Or. Washington & Alaska

Key Activities:

Sales

• Prepare and conduct presentations to key and prospective customers including mining companies, tire dealers for on and off highway truck wheels & parts
• Visit mining sites and meet with key stakeholders/decision makers to build relationships and promote RIMEX products
• Create quotes and proposals
• Create Customer Orders in Syteline when required
• Communicate and troubleshoot problems in shipping deadlines including delays caused by production timelines
• Research and qualify new markets and opportunities.

Qualifications

Education:

Completed post secondary education in business related field

Experience:

• 5 - 10 years sales experience preferably in heavy parts sales
• Intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
• Previous experience with ERP software (Syteline) an asset

Skills

• Knowledge of mining wheels and associated parts; OTR Wheel & Tire (Off-The-Road)
• Self-motivated
• Flexible at prioritizing workload to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people and ability to deal with challenging situations
• Demonstrated ability in public speaking and influencing clients and stakeholders

Working Environment:

• Remote office environment and inside sale at the Phoenix office
• Significant Travel, company supplied vehicle
