Commercial Sales Representative – Commercial HVAC Location: On-Site Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission, On-target earnings $115K+ Job Overview Corporate Air Mechanical Services (CAMS) is seeking a driven, competitive, high-energy individual to build a book of business selling Commercial HVAC/R Planned Maintenance & Service Agreements in the Phoenix market. This role is ideal for recent college graduates, former college athletes, or commission-based sales professionals who want to build a six-figure career. Experience in the industry is preferred but not required; we provide industry and technical training. You will be expected to create your own opportunities while caring for the book of customers you add to CAMS.
