Role Description McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with litigation and complex bankruptcy experience for the Firm's Morristown, NJ office. New Jersey bar admission required, New York bar admission a plus. Salary range for this position: $125,000 - $160,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and clients on litigation and bankruptcy issues; Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery; Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions; and Engage in courtroom advocacy and motion practice. Qualifications J.D. from an ABA accredited law school; Admission to the New Jersey bar; Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.
