Licensed Practical Nurse

Premise Health is hiring a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse in our Health Center located in Las Vegas, NV. Schedule: Monday–Saturday rotating schedule. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm; Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 am‑7:00 pm; Saturday 8:00 am‑1:00 pm. What You’ll Do Provide direct patient care and collaborate under supervision of healthcare providers, within scope of practice. Perform and document medical tasks including medication administration, wound care, observe reactions to treatments, and collect specimens (urine, blood, sputum) per provider orders. Maintain medical equipment, ensure a clean and safe environment, and follow infection control procedures. Keep patient health records accurate and up to date. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate’s degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school. Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in the state of practice required. Current certification and hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers. At least three years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting. Premise offers competitive pay. Compensation range is $29.00 – $34.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
