Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by developing strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries and ethics.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, stability, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to the distinct needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for all clients to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Carry out thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and establish appropriate treatment pathways.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to foster professional development and enhance therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification, unrestricted and independent.

• Strong proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated ability to provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, ensuring a client-centered approach.

Elmira Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually, coupled with a Fee-for-Service model that guarantees rates paid ahead of collections.
