Registered Nurse (RN) ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse, you will:
Provide direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Assess and monitor resident conditions
Identify and communicate changes in resident condition
Complete nursing documentation accurately and timely
Follow and help implement individualized resident care plans
Supervise and support nursing staff as assigned
Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as assigned
Help maintain resident safety, dignity, and comfort
Communicate professionally with residents and family members
Follow facility policies and applicable nursing standards
Deliver compassionate, high-quality, resident-centered care
Current and active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous experience in skilled nursing, nursing home, rehabilitation, long-term care, healthcare, or senior care preferred
Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills
Compassion for elderly and geriatric residents
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable attendance and dependability
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
Commitment to high-quality resident care
Ability to work assigned shifts and required weekend rotations
