Quick Facts: Location: Chambersburg, PA Start Date: 09/01/2026 End Date / Duration: As needed (PRN, approximately once every 12-14 weeks) Shift: 24-hour coverage (days, 7:00 am – 7:00 am) Hours per Week: Variable (based on coverage needs) Employment Type: Contract/PRN License/Certifications: Pennsylvania Medical License, Board Certification in Urology (BC or BE) Experience: Prior Urology practice experience preferred Patient Population: All urologic patients across age groups Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $3,251.82 Pay Package: Competitive, discussed upon application Benefits: Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You’ll Do: Provide specialized urological care to patients in outpatient and hospital settings Support surgical procedures and follow-up care Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate with the hospital team Manage patient cases independently, ensuring high-quality standards Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR system Collaborate with hospital staff during 24-hour shifts Participate in on-call phone coverage from Chambersburg, with support from Fulton County Medical Center and other locations as needed What You Need: Required: Pennsylvania medical license Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology DEA certification for prescribing medications Significant urology clinical experience Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Preferred: Experience with EPIC EMR system Ability to handle diverse urologic cases independently Flexibility to support multiple locations and hospitals About the Assignment: This assignment involves providing urological care for a diverse patient population within a busy hospital setting. Coverage involves 24-hour shifts that require stamina and independence, supporting outpatient and inpatient needs. No Advanced Practice Providers support is available during shifts. The facility is a community-oriented hospital with 76 beds, dedicated to delivering quality care.
