Quick Facts Location: Chambersburg, PA Start Date: 07/10/2026 Contract Duration: Ongoing Schedule: M-F clinic or procedures, 8-hour days; 24-hour call shifts (see details below) Shift: Night shifts 19:00 - 07:00 (rotating coverage) Hours per week: Flexible, based on schedule Employment Type: Contract Licensure/Certifications: Active PA license or IMLC LOQ required; Board certified or eligible in Otolaryngology Experience: Prior ENT practice preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $332.58 Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support during your assignment What You’ll Do Provide specialized ENT care to patients aged 0 months to 99 years Manage approximately 25-30 patients per day in both clinic and surgical settings Perform ENT procedures and surgeries as needed Participate in 24-hour call coverage rotation (call scheduled from 7/10 to 8/10, see schedule below) Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR system Collaborate with hospital and clinic staff to ensure quality patient care Support hospital responsibilities, including urgent and scheduled procedures What You Need Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand (temp licenses may be considered for a quick start) BC or BE in Otolaryngology Minimum 2 years of ENT practice experience preferred Strong surgical skills and ability to handle diverse ENT cases Excellent communication and patient care skills About the Assignment Join a vibrant hospital setting with 275 beds and a dynamic team committed to delivering top-tier ENT services.
