Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Job Details:

• Shift: 12H Nights

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Trauma Level: Level 1
• Facility Specific Job Notes:

**Required Experience and Skills:**- Ability to have strong assessment skills and be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.**Clinical Experience:**- Experience with trauma and general medical/surgical patients in a Level 1 trauma center.- Experience in managing complex trauma patients, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, traumatic fractures, and patients with respiratory issues, reconstructive plastic surgery, diabetic management, and complex wound management.- Experience with bipap management, blood gas interpretation, tracheostomies, and chronic vent-dependent patients.- Ability to titrate drips such as cardizem, labetalol, amiodarone.**Certifications:**- Required: BLS, ACLS Certification.**Degrees and Licensure:**- BSN not required.- Valid nursing license required, with willingness to wait for licensure if necessary.**Additional Requirements:**- Basic EKG interpretation skills required.- Availability for 12-hour night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
