IT Product Manager
Martin Bros
Description At Martin Bros., we don't buy software to run our business-we build it. Our internal products power sales, warehousing, transportation, customer service, and other critical operations that support thousands of foodservice operators every day. We're looking for a Product Manager to lead our product portfolio and manage the team of business analysts who support it.
You'll work closely with frontline employees, customers, business leaders, analysts, and software engineers to identify opportunities, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver software that creates measurable business value. This position is ideal for a seasoned product leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys getting close to users and business processes, and is excited to leverage AI as a practical tool for improving both products and team performance. As Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle-from discovery and definition through delivery and measurement. You'll lead product direction, maintain portfolio priorities, partner closely with engineering teams, and ensure the products we build solve meaningful business problems. You'll also directly manage a team of business analysts - setting expectations, coaching performance, and elevating product management practices. Key Responsibilities
