Operating Room RN Opportunity

Seeking an experienced OR RN to provide high-quality surgical nursing care in a dynamic, trauma-focused environment. The role involves working night shifts with the possibility of floating between units to meet patient care needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert perioperative nursing care across multiple surgical specialties.
• Circulate and scrub in various procedures, supporting a diverse surgical team.
• Assist in patient preparation, monitoring, and post-operative care.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices.
• Demonstrate flexibility by floating within scope to meet facility needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience strongly preferred.
• BLS certification is mandatory; Radiation Badge required (to be provided by agency).
• Experience in Level 1 trauma, scrub skills, and familiarity with EPIC charting preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts, including up to one weekend per 4-week schedule.
• Willingness to work holidays and accommodate occasional block scheduling.
