Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Position / Specialty : OR RN Shift: 3x12s 1830-0700- yes Weekend REQ: Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) , weekend required- weekends yes, likely only Friday nights, on-call, no. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? If needed, but likely not, this is vacant essential position. Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) per manager's discretion, nightshift is only urgent/emergent add-ons. Certs REQ: SC/Compact Nursing License, BLS *radiation badge needs to be provided by parent company # of ORs- 8, but only2 operational overnight. Years of experience REQ: at least 2 in a pediatric setting, and minimum 2 traveler contract experience. Certs REQ: BLS Experience preferred: peds and/or women s surgery. First-timers accepted: no Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Yes. 60 miles RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at the time of submission. Approval will be based on facility s needs Guaranteed hours-Traveler may be called off 10 hours per 2-week period. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
