Director of Product Development | Data Platform

Responsibilities Lead and own the end‑to‑end data plane strategy, including data registration, discovery, publishing, and conversion processes Oversee the development and operation of scalable data pipelines and event‑driven architectures across multiple ERP platforms Drive the integration of enterprise data into Prism to enable AI‑driven insights and intelligent automation Manage and scale global teams responsible for data products and governance initiatives Partner closely with product, security, and compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant data movement and usage Establish and operationalize data governance frameworks, including data lineage, classification, and controls Enable seamless internal and external data integrations across cloud and enterprise systems Qualifications Deep expertise in Kafka and event streaming architectures, including building and scaling data pipelines Strong experience in data governance, including data discovery, publishing, and data conversion processes Proven track record leading large‑scale data platform or data engineering initiatives Experience working with modern cloud‑based data ecosystems and enterprise systems Ability to lead distributed teams and drive execution across complex, global environments What Could Set You Apart Experience with Confluent or other managed Kafka platforms Knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks, including RBAC Familiarity with Microsoft data stack and ecosystem Exposure to modern cloud data platforms and architectures We are an equal‑opportunity employer.
