Position Summary:
Aura Staffing is seeking an experienced OR Circulating Registered Nurse to join a strong surgical team within a leading Chicago healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the operating room and be comfortable supporting patients and surgical staff through all phases of care.

Position Summary:
Aura Staffing is seeking an experienced OR Circulating Registered Nurse to join a strong surgical team within a leading Chicago healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the operating room and be comfortable supporting patients and surgical staff through all phases of care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide circulating nursing support during surgical procedures
- Prepare OR environment, equipment, and supplies
- Ensure patient safety and maintain sterile technique
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Support smooth transitions between intra-operative and PACU phases
- Active RN license (Illinois or compact)
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience
- Experience in OR Intra-Op required
- Experience in PACU strongly preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
