About the Role:
Join Inspire Physical Therapy LLC as a Physical Therapist specializing in Pediatric Ortho/Sport in Beaverton, OR. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young athletes and children recovering from injuries. One on One Care. Every session is conducted by a licensed physical therapist, ensuring focused attention throughout the entire treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for orthopedic and sports injuries.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to enhance recovery and mobility.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home exercises.
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Participate in community outreach and education programs.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current state licensure in Oregon.
- Experience in pediatric physical therapy, particularly in orthopedic and sports settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ATC background a plus
