CareEvery session is conducted by a licensed physical therapist, ensuring focused attention throughout the entire treatment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients to develop personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength. Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide education and support. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care. Stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric therapy. Provide a positive and encouraging environment for young patients. Requirements Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist. Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping children. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
