Digital Marketing Specialist

The Opportunity As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will be an individual contributor responsible for building, launching, managing and growing an assigned portfolio of paid search marketing campaigns. You will work collaboratively within a team of seasoned digital marketing professionals but will also be expected to operate autonomously and follow Ziff Davis Shopping's documented PPC best practices to guide these campaigns toward specific performance goals. Key Responsibilities Operate with minimal guidance as an individual contributor and own campaign management end-to-end Own a tier 1 campaign portfolio (novice-level complexity) Follow documented best practices to manage, maintain, and grow the assigned portfolio through active campaign management (including ownership of ad copy maintenance and testing, bid/budget updates and keyword mining) Communicate portfolio performance, challenges and escalations to manager(s) through weekly 1:1s, daily check-ins and ad-hoc outreaches Review best practice documentation regularly and mentor with more senior campaign managers to hone paid search skills and knowledge Job Qualifications 1-2 years paid search campaign management experience Fundamental-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas) Fundamental-level knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Competitive salaries and robust health and wellness benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability benefits Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k) with company match, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Flexible Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, paid holidays, Family Care and Parental leave, Fitness Reimbursement, and wellness programs Employee Resource Groups, company-sponsored events, mentorship programs, career development resources, and employee engagement and recognition awards Compensation Range: $70,000 to $80,000.
