Key Highlights Weekly pay range: $2,057-$2,208 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, 4x10-hour days Start date: 08/10/2026 Work setting: hospital-based nuclear medicine imaging Responsibilities Specializes in diagnostic studies in nuclear medicine imaging and delivers imaging at a technical level consistent with policies and procedures. Collects patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses concerns to promote comfort and meet patient needs. Operates and maintains assigned nuclear medicine imaging equipment to ensure proper function. Performs diagnostic studies, including preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals as prescribed. Identifies, prepares, and administers medications within the technologist’s scope of practice under a licensed independent practitioner. Conducts quality assurance, upholds radiation safety, and minimizes exposure for patients, staff, and self. Complies with Joint Commission, federal, state, and local regulations and protocols; documents and maintains records in paper/electronic formats. Maintains supplies and performs routine equipment testing and maintenance per protocol. May assist in other radiology areas as assigned and performs related duties as required.
