Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Special Education Certificate required
• Previous experience working in special education or case management roles
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Manage a caseload of students with diverse learning needs

• Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and families to optimize supports
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state policies
