Medical Records Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Accurately maintain and update patient medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of medical records, correcting any discrepancies or errors as needed

• Prepare and disseminate medical records to healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other authorized parties as required

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve medical record-related issues and ensure seamless communication

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines in all interactions with patient information

Medical Records Coordinator Requirements:

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
