We are seeking a dedicated, caring Nutrition Program Assistant professional who provides support in various areas of the Nutrition Program including consumer records, billing, and reporting.

What you'll do:

• Review and update date for consumers within appropriate record systems
• Provide accurate reports as required by the department
• Assist staff in setting up intake packets and submitting/tracking PCP,ATC,NOA, and VA letters
• Communicate with program management regarding information related to file set up and issues with completed paperwork.
• Providing telephone coverage for Nutrition department , as required.
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to respect the workplace and providers privacy and confidentiality
• Ability to deal effectively with statistical and financial data
• Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates Degree preferred
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
