You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, sustain production line operations, and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure maximum equipment uptime, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.**About the job:*** Perform preventive maintenance on molding machines, mold tooling, and auxiliary equipment.* Sustain production lines by responding to equipment alarms, abnormalities, and downtime events.* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and tooling-related issues.* Conduct mold tooling inspection, cleaning, replacement, and refurbishment activities.* Support machine setup, recovery, and qualification activities.* Monitor equipment performance and implement actions to improve reliability.* Document maintenance activities, findings, and corrective actions.* Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve operational goals.* Follow safety, ESD, cleanroom, and company standards at all times.* Participate in LEAN manufacturing continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.* Other duties as assigned.**About you:*** Associate degree, two-year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred* Five to seven years of experience* Proficient in MS Office* Analytical skills* Strong communication skills* Experience with CAD* High attention to detailLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
