Job Title : Senior UiPath RPA Developer / Business Analyst
Job Type : W2/C2C
Experience : 8 - 15 Years
Location : Cincinnati, Ohio
Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of experience in RPA development and business analysis.
- Strong expertise in UiPath Business Analysis, including process mapping and requirement gathering.
- Proven experience in designing and developing RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Experience with other RPA tools and technologies.
- Experience in working with cloud-based RPA solutions.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Solid understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- UiPath certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows and solutions in UiPath.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for RPA solutions.
- Train and mentor junior team members on RPA best practices and UiPath functionalities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RPA technology.
