Job Description
The General Residential Construction Worker will contribute their skills to building and renovating single-family homes, focusing on new construction and renovation projects. This role involves hands-on work at local sites, managing various construction tasks from site preparation to finishing details in kitchens and bathrooms.
Responsibilities
Prepare construction sites for building activities
Handle and organize materials efficiently
Perform framing and drywall installation
Conduct painting tasks and maintain tool condition
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Participate in bathroom and kitchen remodel projects
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in residential construction
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational training in construction trades
Skills in carpentry and painting
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
Ability to work well within a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with all major aspects of kitchen and bathroom remodels
