NICU Registered Nurse RN, FT 7p-7a, $15,000 sign-on-bonus

Job TitleEducation: Completion of accredited school of nursing and holds a current Arkansas licensure as a registered nurse.Training and Experience: Previous NICU experience required. Individualized orientation period of no less than 2 weeks and no greater than 6 months. Qualified by education, training and current competency to address, plan, implement and evaluate client care (adult/neonate), utilizing the nursing process. Certification in CPR, NRP required.Job Knowledge: Demonstrates competency and knowledge of licensed registered nursing skills to create an environment to provide safe competent care for the obstetrical patient during labor, delivery, post-partum, the neonatal during transition nursery, special care nursery and the gynecological patient pre and post operative.Safety Sensitive: YESIn the interest of protecting the health and safety of all patients, associates, and guests, Unity Health has classified some positions as "safety sensitive."
