Role Summary The Social Media & Community Manager builds and nurtures the Winixx online community — creating content that resonates with carriers, fleet operators, and shippers across social platforms and turning followers into advocates. You understand the culture of the trucking industry and know how to communicate in a way that earns respect from the people who keep America moving. What You'll Do Manage Winixx social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube Develop a social content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry events Create and publish organic content including short-form video, graphics, and written posts Engage authentically with the carrier and fleet operator community across platforms and industry forums Monitor brand mentions and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner Build and manage relationships with freight influencers, trucking content creators, and industry associations Track social performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on engagement and reach data Support the execution of social campaigns tied to product launches and seasonal marketing initiatives What We're Looking For 2+ years of social media management experience Deep understanding of the trucking, freight, or fleet operator community and culture Strong visual and written content creation skills Experience with short-form video production for Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools Genuine enthusiasm for the people and businesses that power American freight Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience building community in a niche B2B or trade industry is a significant advantage • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience • Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones • Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling • Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals • Front-row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion • Collaborative, mission-driven team environment • Paid time off and company holidays • Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
