We aspire to provide our teams with meaningful work, to live our values - Integrity, Success & Caring – day-to-day in what we do and foster an inclusive culture for our 1K+ employee workforce.Job SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides critical administrative and logistical support to the Talent Acquisition team, helping ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewing teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their HR or recruiting career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and play a key role in building the future of Spurs Sports & Entertainment.Duties/ResponsibilitiesCoordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and communication between candidates and hiring teams.Manage job postings across internal and external job boards and ensure content accuracy and consistency.Support candidate onboarding and pre-employment activities, including background checks, reference checks, and new hire documentation.Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the ATS.Provide administrative support to the TA team.Assist with recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts, including social media and event support.Help organize and staff recruiting events, career fairs, and hiring days.Manage and support early career recruiting, programing, and high-volume venue operations roles.Build and maintain TA business process and toolkits documentationTrack and report key recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.Job Specific Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Attributes)Talent Relationship ManagementCommunication & InfluenceCollaboration & TeamworkCustomer-Centric FocusAdaptability in a Fast-Paced EnvironmentIntegrity & ConfidentialityAnalyticalCore CompetenciesCritical Thinking & AdaptabilityDemonstrates coachability.Able to receive & interpret information to come to reasonable conclusions.Motivated to try new things and learning new skills.Organized with attention to details.Able to execute independently and make decisions in a timely manner.Can pivot easily based on what the situation requires.Teamwork & CollaborationTeam player/good teammate.
