Registration Clerk - Medical Front Office

Overview Position Summary: This position facilitates Front Desk and Patient Registration operations for a high volume Physician Clinic. Work is performed under the general direction of the Registration Manager. Responsibilities Handle inquiries and patient check in Ensure all papers are properly filled out and input into system Enter and verify that all patient demographics and billing information correctly entered/verified at time of check in Process daily batches for payments received Collect balances due at time of check in Direct patients to relevant areas of building Obtain signed registration forms Keep admission desk clean and organized Contact physician care teams as related to clinic patients appointments Qualifications/Experience Must have excellent customer service etiquette Experience with medical practice computer system Bilingual Preferred Education Desired Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Job Details Location: Northwest Position Type: Full Time Job Type: Full-time Job ID: Front Desk Registration #J-18808-Ljbffr
