Finance Manager, Labor & Analytics

Job DescriptionSeeking a Finance Manager of Labor and Analytics who will lead the development and delivery of data-driven insights that optimize operational efficiency across Advance Auto Parts. This role is responsible for managing business analysis, building scalable reporting solutions, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to enable strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and visualization tools.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on Store Operations, labor forecasting, scheduling efficiency and other Operational and Workforce KPIs.Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., Snowflake, ERP systems) to create unified reporting views for WFM and operational leaders.Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support labor optimization and Store Operations strategies.Work cross functionally fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with Operations and Finance Teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, productivity improvements, and service-level enhancements.Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goalsQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
