BlackLine is seeking an experienced Director for Learning & Leadership Development to oversee the design and execution of learning programs addressing a global workforce of approximately 1,900 employees. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building impactful programs and leading teams. You will be responsible for creating structured onboarding experiences and facilitating leadership development while analyzing program effectiveness through various metrics.
