RN (PRN)

Position: PRN Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Horizons Care Center, Delta County, Colorado. Pay: $39.59 - $46.55 per hour based on experience. Schedule: PRN. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process in planning and providing direct care to residents as assigned. Plan, direct, and carry out shift routines in the assigned nursing unit. Observe, direct and evaluate the activities of personnel as the person “in charge” according to the Nurse Practice Act. Assume Building Charge responsibilities as directed by the DON or designee. Provide leadership and direction in the assigned unit. Perform resident care functions including charting, documentation and assessment. Serve on, participate in and attend various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary processes. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse. Current CPR Certification. Experience in long‑term care preferred.
