The Iowa Attorney General's Office seeks a Section Chief for the Revenue Section, supervising lawyers and staff and acting as lead representative to the Iowa Department of Revenue. The role provides legal services on tax, lottery, ABD and tobacco compliance before state and federal tribunals. Minimum five years of practice and Iowa bar admission with federal court eligibility.
