Acquisitions Manager : Manufactured Home Communities

Elephant Capital Partners Elephant Capital Partners is a real estate investment company focused on acquiring and operating mobile home communities across select U.S. markets. We are currently hiring a highly driven, relationship-oriented Acquisitions Manager to help build and scale our Manufactured Home Communities acquisition platform. This is not a passive analyst role. We are looking for someone who is: Hungry and competitive Organized and persistent Strong in communication and relationship-building Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone sourcing acquisition opportunities and building industry relationships The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and excited about working in a fast-paced acquisitions environment with strong growth potential. What You'll Do Source mobile home community acquisition opportunities Build relationships with park owners, brokers, wholesalers, and industry contacts Execute outbound cold calling, follow-up, email, and text outreach Maintain and organize acquisition pipeline and CRM Assist with deal screening, underwriting prep, and acquisition coordination Help drive deals from initial conversation through closing Activity Expectations This is a high-volume outbound role. Expected weekly activity: 250+ outbound calls 150+ emails/text follow-ups 15–25 live owner or broker conversations 5–10 qualified opportunities added to pipeline Expected monthly activity: 1,000+ outbound conversations/attempts 60–100+ meaningful owner/broker conversations Ideal Candidate Highly motivated and competitive Comfortable making outbound calls all day Strong communication and relationship skills Organized with strong follow-up discipline Entrepreneurial mindset Self-starter with strong work ethic Emotionally resilient and persistent Experience in commercial real estate, multifamily, mobile home parks, brokerage, acquisitions, or sales is preferred but not required. Compensation Base Salary: $70,000–$100,000+ Performance bonuses tied to acquisitions and deal flow Long-term growth opportunity within the company Why Join ECP?
