Customer Service Coordinator

Job TitleYour Key ResponsibilitiesExecute order fulfillment processes for an assigned customer group or an assigned group of products.Respond to customers inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems arising.Provide explanations and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.Coordinate with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions.Identify optimization areas of supply chain and logistics activities and report to Team Leader and/or Professionals.Ensure that services delivered are in line with defined quality standards and processes.Your QualificationsVocationally trained in Supply Chain Management, TechnicalMinimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related operational environment.Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, customer service principles, and supply chain operations.Experience managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Ability to identify root causes of logistics or service issues and coordinate effective corrective actions with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and customer service management tools.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.We look forward to your application.
