Warehouse Clerk - 3rd Shift

General Warehouse ClerkThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance to be considered. A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with a minimum of three (3) consecutive years of citizenship and be able to provide documentation to meet contract requirements. Supports warehouse and records management operations by processing physical records, preparing documents for scanning, operating imaging equipment, maintaining file inventory, and ensuring accurate document handling in a secure production environment.Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for General Warehouse Clerk: Pay commensurate with experience. Work Schedule: 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AMGeneral Warehouse Clerk Responsibilities Include:Load, unload, organize, file, retrieve, and move boxes and records throughout the warehouse.Prepare high-volume paper documents for scanning and digital conversion.Operate document scanning equipment and perform quality control checks.Index and enter document information into computer systems with accuracy.Process file transfers and maintain records using handheld scanners and inventory systems.Answer and document records-related requests as assigned.Meet established production and quality standards while following security and confidentiality procedures.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.General Warehouse Clerk Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities Requested:High school diploma or GED required.Minimum six (6) months of warehouse, production, records management, clerical, or data entry experience.Basic computer proficiency and experience using scanning or inventory systems preferred.Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly lift up to 40 pounds.Must successfully pass a 7-year criminal background investigation, drug screening, physical abilities assessment, and credit review.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust Clearance.Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.Company Information: Cherokee Nation Defense Solutions (CNDS) is a part of Cherokee Federal - the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
