Join Our Caring CommunityThe Physician provides comprehensive outpatient care focused on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, continuity of care, and improving overall patient health outcomes. This role emphasizes building meaningful patient relationships while delivering high-quality, value-based care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You will report directly to the Area Medical Director. This practice will be onsite at our Conviva Pompano East clinic.Your Day in the Life of a Conviva PhysicianMonday through Friday, full-time 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Versatile care team with an established patient panelSee approximately 12–15 patients per day, allowing for a more personalized approach to careLonger appointment times, 40-minute for new patientsSpend your time focused on direct patient care, supported by a dedicated clinical and operational teamWork within a value-based care model designed to improve patient outcomes and enhance the provider experienceRequired QualificationsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric MedicineActive, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or willingness to obtain)Current, unrestricted DEA licensePreferred QualificationsTwo or more years of clinical practice experienceExperience managing Medicare Advantage patient populationsKnowledge of Medicare regulations and coverage guidelinesFamiliarity with HEDIS quality measures and value-based care initiativesBilingual Haitian Creole and English preferredAt Conviva, physicians practice in a supportive environment where quality of care comes first.
