Clinic Manager LVN/MA - FT

Cuero Regional Hospital is searching for Clinic Manager LVN/MA FT at Cuero Medical Clinic . The Clinic Manager collaborates closely with the Clinic Director to manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency and high-quality patient care. The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and conducting quarterly audits of assigned staff tasks. Serving as the primary point of contact for resolving issues, the Clinic Manager ensures smooth communication and workflow. Responsibilities include processing payroll as needed and participating in required meetings. The Clinic Manager coordinates staff and provider schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and operational efficiency. To maintain compliance with Rural Health Clinic (RHC) standards and requirements, the Clinic Manager provides ongoing training and support to clinic staff. A working knowledge of both nursing duties and clinic representative responsibilities is essential to effectively support and oversee daily clinic functions.
