Responsibilities * Warmly greet customers in the service drive, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service at all times. * Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds to identify and communicate necessary maintenance or repairs. * Accurately write and invoice repair orders, maintaining clear and professional documentation. * Take full ownership of the customer experience by performing additional tasks that leave a positive and lasting impression on every customer. * Provide concierge-level support for all owner inquiries, both over the phone and in person, ensuring no customer concerns are overlooked or mishandled. * Advise customers honestly and thoughtfully on necessary repair and maintenance work, always prioritizing their best interests. Requirements * Organized with a friendly and approachable personality. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. * Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities. * Strong communication skills to effectively engage with and assist customers. * Automotive knowledge or dealership experience is advantageous but not required; we provide comprehensive training to the right candidate. * Professional and well-groomed appearance reflecting the standards of Steve Moyer Subaru. * Possession of a clean driving record. * Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
